This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all bookings made on the Hello Mam website (www.hellomam.co.in) and Hello Mam mobile application (“Platform”).

Hello Mam is a brand owned and operated by E Digital Media Solutions 

By booking services through the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.


1. Service Booking

Hello Mam provides on-demand salon and beauty services at home through independent service professionals.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.


2. Cancellation by User

2.1 Cancellation Before Service Start

  • Users may cancel a booking before the service has started

  • Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation

  • Cancellation Time More than 6 hours before appointment  Full refund
  • 2–6 hours before appointment Partial refund (platform/convenience fee may be deducted)
  • Less than 2 hours before appointment No refund

(Time limits may vary based on service type and location)


2.2 No-Show Policy

If the user:

  • Is unavailable at the service location

  • Does not respond to calls/messages

  • Refuses service after professional arrival

➡️ The booking will be treated as No-Show, and no refund will be issued.


3. Cancellation by Hello Mam

Hello Mam reserves the right to cancel bookings due to:

  • Unavailability of service professionals

  • Safety or operational concerns

  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, users will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule the service.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • If paid via wallet or promotional credits, refunds may be issued as wallet balance

4.2 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days

  • Actual credit time depends on the bank/payment provider


5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • Incomplete service

  • Quality issues (after verification)

  • Service modification during appointment

Refund decisions are subject to internal review.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after service completion

  • Delays caused by customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address provided by the user

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Misuse or fraudulent activity


7. Offers, Discounts & Promotions

  • Promotional bookings may have special cancellation rules

  • Discounted or offer-based services may be non-refundable

  • Promo codes once applied cannot be reused after cancellation


8. Dispute Resolution

For any refund or cancellation-related concerns, users must contact customer support within 24 hours of service completion.

All disputes will be reviewed fairly, and Hello Mam’s decision shall be final.


9. Changes to This Policy

Hello Mam reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
