These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the Hello Mam website www.hellomam.co.in and the Hello Mam mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

Hello Mam is a brand owned and operated by E Digital Media Solutions

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Hello Mam

Hello Mam is an on-demand salon-at-home service platform that connects customers with independent beauty and salon professionals for services at the customer’s chosen location.

Hello Mam acts as a technology and service facilitation platform and does not itself provide salon or beauty services.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract

  • Services are available only in selected serviceable areas

3. Account Registration

To book services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities conducted through your account

Hello Mam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information.

4. Services & Bookings

  • Service availability depends on location, date, time, and professional availability

  • Booking confirmation is subject to acceptance by a service professional

  • Prices, service duration, and availability may vary

Hello Mam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational, safety, or unavoidable reasons.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Payments must be made using the payment methods available on the Platform

  • Hello Mam does not store credit/debit card details, UPI PINs, or banking information

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by Hello Mam’s Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on the Platform.

Hello Mam reserves the right to:

  • Apply cancellation charges

  • Modify refund eligibility

  • Refuse refunds in case of misuse or policy violations

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide a safe, hygienic, and suitable environment for services

  • Treat service professionals respectfully

  • Avoid abusive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior

Hello Mam reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users for misconduct.

8. Service Professionals

Service professionals available on the Platform are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Hello Mam.

Hello Mam:

  • Conducts basic verification checks

  • Is not responsible for personal conduct, acts, or omissions of service professionals

Any service-related issues should be reported promptly via customer support.

9. Platform Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission

  • Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of E Digital Media Solutions or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Hello Mam is not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Hello Mam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hello Mam and E Digital Media Solutions from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

14. Account Suspension & Termination

Hello Mam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of these Terms

  • For fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • Without prior notice where legally required

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

16. Changes to Terms

Hello Mam may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and will take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
